Immigration Matters: A student visa will be required for international students seeking to enroll in school in Jamaica for more than three months.   

Travel to Jamaica:  At least one flight may be required when travelling to Jamaica.  Depending on country of origin, more than one flight may be required.  

Higher Education Overview 

• Bachelor’s degree programmes can be 3yrs in length. If a preliminary or foundation is required, programmes may be 4yrs in length.  

• Master’s degree programmes can be 1 - 2yrs in length 

• Doctoral programmes can be 3yrs - 4yrs in length ​
