Higher Education
Post-secondary education in the majority of countries in the English-speaking Caribbean region can be considered a hybrid of both the North American and British higher education systems. Upon completion of secondary level studies, there are opportunities to pursue college and/or university studies locally and regionally. Students have the option to pursue studies at a community college, technical institutes or polytechnics or universities. There are options to pursue studies at public institutions and private institutions, but this will vary by country.
